- Anonymous01.12.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to Miles Auto Electrical to get some work done. The reception area looked like a dog's breakfast, there was an alternator on the front counter and it was really dusty. The guy who greeted me was callous and rude, he seemed disinterested. He did the work, which I timed, took just over half an hour, but he charged me 80 dollars for some soldering, total rip off. A day later, the issue came back, so I went back and I told him about it. He said he'd have to look into it further, the next day, because he was busy, but it wasn't under a guarantee from the work he did originally, so he couldn't guarantee he wouldn't charge me more. The place also has signs that say they will keep your car if you don't pay and all damage is at the owner's risk. Obviously they don't care for their customers, their customer service is atrocious, typical Mackay auto worker crap, they have a monopoly so they do what they want. You're better off going to another place.
